Rebuilt, planned and requirement engineered the whole news apps of the media company CH Media with a team of two developers. Responsible for the product vision and product. The app was built natively with various web view elements using SwiftUI & Kotlin.

Additional participation in the growing of a podcast from 0 to 1 million+ downloads, establishing market leadership and secured consistent Apple Podcast front page features through strategic content optimization, we also developed innovative ad monetization models with Goldbach marketing agency

Founded my first startup and launched a C2C Customer cross-platform delivery business with React, Typescript and Node.js. Leading three developers, designed the UI & UX and pitched in front of investors, raised money and growth hacked the first 1'500 downloads and orders.
